Education Activities for Students

Hill Aerospace Museum offers a variety of exciting educational programs. Students from around the intermountain west either travel to the museum for field trips, or the museum’s Education Outreach Team travels to the students. Each year the team makes several trips to schools, fairs, air shows, conferences, or other gatherings in northern Utah to present various programs.

Our outreach programs are available with hands-on activities and demonstrations that tie to the Utah State core curriculum in Science/Technology at each grade level.

The museum’s outreach presenters speak on the history of the United States Air Force, the Air Force in Utah, and aviation and space technology. They use a variety of items in their presentations, including plastic models, posters, videos, replicas of artifacts, and actual hardware.
