Our “Dream Girl” 1940’s red head/ with brunette highlights salutes proudly with a B-17G in the background. The B-17G was the most produced of the B-17 Series with 8680 being built by Boeing, Douglas and Lockheed. In 1987 the B-17G “Short Bier” was acquired by Ogden businessman John Lindquist, who flew as a navigator on the original “Short Bier”. The B-17G “Short Bier” is displayed here at the Museum.
