Hill AFB A-10 “Thunderbolt” T-Shirt Adult and Youth Sizes

Our Hill AFB A-10 “Thunderbolt” T-Shirts were designed specifically for the Museum. The A-10 became operational in 1976 and was officially named the “Thunderbolt” II in honor of the P-47 Thunderbolt of WWII. The “Warthog” was the unofficial nickname and was attached due to it’s ability to carry a large bomb load, survive attacks from ground forces and loiter for long periods of time over enemy positions.
